The picture quality is superb with vibrant colours and an excellent refresh rate, whilst the set-up is user-friendly, and the audio is crisp and clear.
We're sorry to hear that you experienced an issue connecting your Soundbar. We're glad that you've been able to connect via Bluetooth, but we'd love to help with connecting via HDMI in case you decide to use that going forward.
It's necessary to use the HDMI 3 port, as this is an eARC (Enhanced Audio Return Channel) port. Connect one end of a High-Speed HDMI cable to this port and the other end to the HDMI OUT (TV-ARC/eARC) port on your soundbar. Ensure that the HDMI cable you are using is labelled High Speed or High Speed with Ethernet. Next, change the source on your soundbar to the D.IN. setting. On your TV, navigate to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings and ensure HDMI eARC Mode is set to Auto.
