In a hurry?

Order by 11pm Sunday to Friday for Next Day Delivery on eligible items. Orders placed on Saturday will be delivered by Monday (Subject to product eligibility and availability).

Orders on Saturday will be delivered to a local Evri parcel shop on Monday, excluding Bank Holidays. Have your parcel delivered with Click & Collect to a local Evri ParcelShop near you, with over 15,000 to choose from. The Evri ParcelShop network includes local convenience stores like Tesco, The Co-Op, Nisa and many more! They typically have longer opening hours of 7am to 10pm, 7 days per week, and with free parking nearby. You'll be notified of your parcel's arrival by text message and email. Please bring some photographic ID (such as a driving license or passport) when you call to collect your parcel and enjoy an easy and convenient service that's safe and secure. For the bigger items

Larger items like heavy furniture and electricals cost more to deliver as they usually require more than one delivery person and a large delivery van. Any Supplementary Delivery Charges which apply will be clearly detailed on the product pages and in your shopping basket prior to placing your order. If your order contains multiple large items, you will only pay one large item delivery charge for this purchase.

We know Christmas shopping starts early, so we’ve extended our returns window to make things a little easier. Orders placed between 31st October and 23rd December 2025 can be returned from 25th December through to 10th January 2026 under our Christmas returns policy. Our standard 28 day returns policy still applies to all orders before Christmas Day. But if your item was bought as a Christmas gift, you’ll be able to return it from 25th December through to 10th January 2026 under our Christmas returns policy.

Eligible orders will automatically show a valid returns option in your account from Christmas Day onwards, right through to 10th January. So whether you’re shopping early or last minute, you can gift with confidence knowing there’s plenty of time to return if needed.
