We are sorry to hear that the Galaxy Tab A11+ did not fully meet your expectations, Roy, particularly as you were hoping to use Dual Audio to connect two sets of earbuds at the same time.
While Dual Audio is supported on some Samsung Galaxy devices, this feature is not available on all models, including the UK version of the Galaxy Tab A11+.
