We do understand your concerns about the sleep noise level and the size of the exhaust hose. While the 12K BTU rating is optimized for larger rooms, we appreciate that in smaller spaces the noise and hose footprint can become more noticeable. Your feedback is incredibly valuable as we continue to improve both performance and user comfort in future designs.
