Hi Alex25, and thank you for your feedback. My name is Lewis, I am from Vax and I will aim to help resolve your issues. Firstly, let me start by apologising for the issues that you have experienced with the machine.
I would also like to thank you for your positive feedback concerning the machine. In terms of the performance on long or deeper pile carpets, I would like to assure you that are products are tested extensively before being released onto the market. The performance can vary slightly across individual surface types, however, especially on deep pile or open loop carpets. Although this difference should be minimal, we are looking into simple and effective solutions that can negate this and hope to communicate these shortly
At this point, I would like to remind you that this product comes with a two year manufacturers’ guarantee. This would entitle you to a replacement model in the event of a manufacturers' fault being identified.
