Sorry for any disappointment this has caused. We'd like to thank you for the feedback, and we will investigate further. But we do feel our goods are true to size. 36 sizing is an actual size not a measurement on a garment, just the same as a dress size 16 or a shoe size 5, none of the figures relate to a measurement. Every underband size on a bra can vary in measurement due to differing fabrics and elastications. I can only suggest that if this bra was small on the underband and the cup size was okay -try going up a back size and down in the cup size. Hope this helps.Too small
