I can inform you that after conducting a quality assurance check I have discovered that in the instructions it states that all the screws should be inserted into the holes before you tighten the product. Which for this instance is why when you assembled the bed, the fittings did not match up correctly.
Despite this, I can inform you that your feedback was passed on to our team and that they will consider your feedback for the future.
