We are pleased to read that you decided to upgrade to these amazing earbuds, and that you are particularly impressed by their superb sound quality, which deliver the ultimate Hi-Fi experience.
Additionally, it is also great that you are making the most of the incredibly useful Galaxy AI features, as well as their impressive functions, including ANC (Active Noise Canceling). It is also fantastic that you are satisfied with their long-lasting and powerful battery and that you find their ergonomic and innovative angled design top-quality and comfortable. We are also glad that you find their connectivity and compatibility with your other Samsung products flawless.
Still, we also appreciate that you don't always find the Pinch function as useful and straightforward as expected, although you love the Swipe control greatly. Additionally, we appreciate that you don't find putting the earbuds back in the case convenient.
From our end, we will certainly make sure to pass this feedback along, so we can improve our future earbuds even further for an even smarter and more premium experience. The speakers have been professionally tuned to deliver concert levels of sound, and the Active Noise Control will keep any unwanted distractions out of your ears, wherever you are, so you can lose yourself in your own personal soundtrack as you go about your day.
As soon as you take them out of their stylish looking case you'll be able to connect them to any compatible device quickly, making it even easier to stay entertained wherever you are.
The new blades have plenty of functionality, and will make how you use the Buds more effective. Thanks to how they keep you updated on the Buds battery life you'll be able to prepare ahead for a long day of enjoying them, thanks also to the quick way that the case will recharge them. We've also been able to add gesture controls to the normal touch controls so that you can navigate through your playlists or control the volume without even having to alter your stride.
