While it's great to see that you are enjoying the incredible display and sound, as well as the speedy operation, of your S90D TV, it's a shame that you are facing issues with the layout, storage, and connectivity.
Please check that your TV's software is up to date in Settings > All settings > Support > Software update > Download and install.

We are pleased to read that you think this is a good product overall. However, we also appreciate that you have been experiencing a continuous issue, where the TV saves only Freesat channels, which are then overwritten by different ones with loss of EPG (Electronic Programme Guide) data.

We are pleased to read that you have been making the most of the superb clarity, detail and vibrancy of its advanced OLED screen in 4K to level up your gaming on your favourite consoles. Additionally, we are pleased that you are enjoying its superb audio quality, optimised to the next level thanks to the intelligent 4K processor, and made even more realistic with Object Tracking Sound Lite.
Still, we also appreciate that you can see some aspects that can be improved even further, as you would like the software and interface to be a bit more seamless and organised, and to be able to turn off or minimise the Game Mode notification.
