We’re very sorry to find out you’re unhappy with your purchase. Please know that due to this being a bathroom product, we’re required to produce the charger with a two pin plug for safety reasons. When a shaver socket isn't available, your brush can be charged from a standard outlet with the use of a conversion plug. We strongly recommend using a conversion plug that bears British Standards certification (BS 1363-5:2008).
