We are very glad to see that you love the wonderful Art Mode feature of this TV, turning it into a glare-free canvas to showcase a gallery of iconic art and stunning photography – including your own. Not only that but, as you mentioned, this TV also comes with a solar powered remote as well as the One Connect Box to make your experience even smarter and more prestigious.
We also appreciate that you would have liked more detailed guidance on the necessity to connect the remote to the TV when setting the TV up. From our end, we will certainly make sure to pass this feedback on to our engineers, so we can use it to improve our TVs and technology.

The hardware is excellent (apart from the fat grey cable). The software needs a lot of work - hopefully it will improve over time...

We are pleased to see that you think this TV excels with its hardware, as well as the way in which it turns into a beautiful piece of art whenever you need it by making the most of the Art Mode feature. It is also great to see that you like the many free channels available with Samsung TV Plus, as well as the intuitive smart remote; although you are finding the shortcuts to be a bit annoying at times.
We also appreciate that you think the UI and operating system of this TV can be improved further with the presence of a motion sensor, a better brightness sensor to increase visibility with darker rooms as well as for the TV to be more compatible with iPhone. Furthermore, that you would have liked to be able to tag images and categorise them, and to have a wider range of free artworks to be used in addition to the ones already available with the TV.
