While this TV doesn't have an Optical connection, you can still connect a soundbar via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, if you would like. We're so pleased to hear that you're enjoying the superb picture quality and crisp audio of your 43" QLED Q7F2 TV, Eriba. It's also brilliant to know you're enjoying some of the many fantastic features available on your Smart TV. The two remotes are a solar remote, which acts as a smart remote, and a more traditional style remote. This is great for providing you with the best of both worlds and giving you a choice over which style you personally prefer.
We're sorry to learn that you're not finding the operation to be intuitive and that you've been confused by the extended warranty promotion, along with the Samsung account. This isn't what we'd expect to hear as our TV's are designed with user-friendliness in mind, and we'd love to help with these things.
For the Samsung Account, you can create a new account using an up to date email address at any time by selecting Create account on the following link: https://v3.account.samsung.com/dashboard/intro
Your TV comes with a 12 month warranty as standard, and you don't need to register for this. The 5 year extended warranty is a promotion which needs to be registered for separately.
