Claims to have a 165hz refresh rate but when I go into settings on the monitor the max is 100Samsung UK

To achieve the 165Hz, please start by enabling Freesync. Please also be aware that 165Hz can only be achieved using the Display Port, and only when connecting a device that also supports 165Hz.
