Thank you for your feedback, we're sorry to hear you have been experiencing issues with your stand mixer.
To rectify the issue you have been experiencing we would kindly recommend cleaning the unit with hot soapy water and allowing the parts to completely dry before putting the unit back together, and on occasion removing the screws in the base to do a more in depth clean.

Thank you for your review and for sharing your experience with the mixer. We completely understand your frustration regarding the dough hooks. This design is intentionally crafted so that they do not touch the inside or bottom of the bowl during use. This feature helps to prevent any scratching or friction that could potentially damage the coating of the bowl. By keeping the hooks slightly elevated, we ensure both the longevity of your bowl's finish and a smooth, efficient mixing process. As for cleaning, dough is known to be trickier to remove and we recommend lightly adding oil or flour the bowl and attachments before use as this will prevent the dough from sticking as much and will be easier to clean.
